Building

In between chapters. I just wrapped up as Founding Engineer at BRIDGE IN: ten months building the BRIDGE IN OS and the 14-agent orchestration system that shipped it. The next role starts later this month. More on that soon.

Thinking About

What engineering judgment actually is — and whether it can be learned, taught, or lost. Every week the answer shifts a little.

Also: how small teams should be calibrating their AI usage right now. Not the tooling question. The workflow and culture question.

Reading

Just finished Measure What Matters by John Doerr. Went in for the OKR mechanics; the part that stuck was the CFR half — the human system of conversations, feedback, and recognition the whole framework runs on.

Now starting a reread of Dune, in preparation for Dune: Part Three landing in December. Some books you reread for the plot. This one is for the ecology, the politics, and how well Villeneuve’s casting has colonized my imagination.

Recently

Ran my own offboarding at BRIDGE IN with an AI orchestrator and a fleet of scout agents — and wrote about what that showed me: I Offboarded Myself With AI. The Writing Was the Easy Part.

Before that: started this site — a permanent archive of everything I’ve written on LinkedIn since 2017, built with a Python scraper and a static site generator. Mostly an experiment in owning your own content. Turned into something I’m actually proud of.
