- 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Frame feedback as a way to help people grow, not criticize them.
- 𝗕𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗧𝗼𝗼: Remember, we all make mistakes and can learn from others. Be receptive to what your team has to say.
