🚀 Why have I been posting so much lately? 🚀

No, it’s not because I suddenly became a social media enthusiast, and it’s not a result of boredom during my vacation. The truth is, I’ve always thought there is immense value in sharing information, knowledge, and lessons learned with anyone who wants to listen/read. Now I’m just (finally) taking action on it. 🏃‍♂️

🧠 Writing is my secret weapon for self-improvement. It forces me to organize my thoughts and articulate them clearly in English (not my native language). This exercise, in turn, enhances my ability to communicate effectively in person, which is crucial in my role as a Head of Technology.

📚 Moreover, it creates a valuable backlog of insights and experiences. Whether it’s new team members, potential hires, investors, or customers trying to understand our approach, this repository of thoughts becomes a resource for everyone involved with Valispace (Acquired by Altium).
